Dear Colleagues,
I have just uploaded the first alpha release of Biome-BGCMuSo v5 [source code and Windows executable] to the website of the model:
http://nimbus.elte.hu/bbgc/download.html
If you used previous versions of Biome-BGCMuSo v5 [beta releases], please replace the executable with the new one!
The new model version will be implemented in the BBGCDB website and the BioVeL portal as well. Roland already implemented this version in the new and exciting RBBGCMuSo tool: https://github.com/hollorol/RBBGCMuso
Note that we are working hard to release the updated version of the RBBGCMuSo tool [credits to Roland HOLLOS!] which will be able to perform sensitivity analysis and optimization with MuSo5. Other useful R tools for Biome-BGCMuSo v5 are foreseen.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions.
